Having completed my Master’s in Organizational Development from Avila University, my journey was inspired by navigating multiple acquisitions and leading teams through transition. 

 

My career has centered on driving operational efficiencies, optimizing sales effectiveness, streamlining processes, and implementing solutions that reduce redundancy and improve performance across organizations.

 

I enjoy analyzing complex workflows, identifying areas for improvement, and partnering with cross-functional teams to design programs and strategies that deliver measurable impact.
