Soon to complete my Master's degree from Avila University in Organizational Development with a concentration in Workplace Instructional Design, I began this journey years ago after experiencing several corporate acquisitions.  I have always been a life learner, and while developing and focusing on my education, I developed a love for Instructional Design and eLearning.

I am continually drawn to process improvement, eLearning, program development, design and facilitation -  I learned that I enjoyed developing and sharing knowledge, education, teaching, encouraging and implementing change.  I am not only interested in the learning experience, but I am also interested in solutions, solutions to encourage and engage learners.
