Having completed my Master’s in Organizational Development from Avila University, my professional journey has been shaped by leading organizations through complexity, change, and transition - including acquisitions and enterprise process transformation.

I partner with leaders and cross-functional teams to improve how work gets done by analyzing workflows, resolving operational friction, and facilitating alignment across competing priorities. A core part of my work involves conflict resolution - helping teams navigate ownership gaps, stakeholder tension, and decision ambiguity so progress can move forward with clarity and confidence.
