Through my experience designing training programs, I have consistently applied adult learning theory to ensure content is engaging, relevant, and impactful. By combining proven learning theories with practical application, I recognized that adult learners bring valuable life experiences, are more motivated when they understand the purpose and intended outcomes, and benefit from having a voice in how they learn. These principles - reinforced by the infographic - guided me in creating training that not only builds knowledge and skills but also empowers learners to take ownership of their development.
